The service employees have a pronounced passion for technology and are regularly retrained. They have a fully equipped service vehicle with tools and spare parts. In case of an acute stoppage, the service technician takes care of an emergency repair on site. Major repairs are carried out in the MMB machinery workshop. Should a machine repair or maintenance inconvenience the customer's schedule, a bridging machine from the MMB rental fleet can always be called upon.
