At DISA International, all signals are green. The renowned provider of maritime and subsea services has a well-filled order book with the start of nearly twenty new projects this year. 2025 will therefore be all about growth, according to managing director Didier de Graaff. For that reason, the current headquarters in Belgium will be expanded and they are constantly looking for new talent. Not only for the various departments at headquarters, but also at project sites and for the offices in the Netherlands, Germany, Denmark and the United States.
As an international provider of maritime and subsea services, DISA is constantly looking to add quality to its business. "The quality of our company is directly determined by the quality of our people," said Didier. "Our people are our most important asset." DISA employs some 80 FTEs of highly talented people worldwide. "We offer a challenging and varied work environment with plenty of opportunities for personal development. Training is vital and is therefore offered on a regular basis. It is inherent in the ever-evolving industry we are in. So, if you have the ambition to work in civil construction, wreck removal, offshore renewable energy and offshore oil & gas, be sure to check out the vacancies on our website," advises Marjolein Ravesloot, Global HR Manager at DISA.
Operational excellence, transparency and safety are DISA's core values. "For example, we are certified for Step 4 on the Safety Culture Ladder. This high level highlights the unwavering commitment to fostering a proactive and advanced safety culture within our organization. Step 4 indicates that we have gone beyond mere compliance and have actively established a culture where safety is not just a priority, but an integral part of our identity. The certification is evidence of the organization's commitment to the well-being of our employees and the proactive management of safety risks. In short, another argument for considering a job with our growing organization," said John Penson, DISA General Manager.
DISA has now started the expansion of its headquarters in Belgium. "The expansion will soon provide space for 35 workstations in an attractive and almost energy-neutral environment," said Didier. "Furthermore, the existing building is getting a metamorphosis. With all these developments, subsidiary BlueTack will have its first branch in Belgium, with both an office and warehouse at our site. BlueTack is a leading sustainable marine services provider specializing in Incident Management & Pollution Remediation. We have merged our valued Wreck Removal division with BlueTack, enabling us to deliver even better Asset Removal solutions to clients around the world."
DISA International is thus in full swing. "We intend to grow steadily, including abroad. Our expansion into Germany is a testament to DISA's growth strategy and commitment to serve customers on a broader scale."
