Bij A.Hak werk je aan de ondergrondse infrastructuur die Nederland draaiende houdt. Als ervaren Werkvoorbereider/Projectcoördinator ben jij de rechterhand van de uitvoering en zorg je ervoor dat projecten voor ondergrondse transportleidingen van begin tot eind soepel verlopen. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de technische en organisatorische voorbereiding en/of coördinatie van onze projecten. Je zorgt dat alles klopt voordat de uitvoering start en blijft gedurende het project betrokken om te bewaken dat planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang geborgd blijven.

Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring ligt de nadruk meer op Werkvoorbereiding of juist Projectcoördinatie binnen het projectteam. In beide gevallen ben jij een belangrijke schakel die overzicht houdt en verschillende partijen met elaar verbindt. Afhankelijk van de rol die je gaat vervullen houd je je met de volgende werkzaamheden bezig:

• You ensure a smooth handoff from cost estimation to work planning and execution, and serve as a sounding board between the various phases of the project;
• You will develop cost estimates for projects into concrete project schedules so that implementation can begin with proper preparation;
• You prepare project budgets and work plans in preparation for implementation;
• You purchase the necessary materials and equipment and evaluate quotes from suppliers and subcontractors;
• You establish and manage framework agreements with suppliers;
• You will keep project data and drawings up to date and ensure that project records are maintained correctly;
• You will maintain contact with clients, attend project and work meetings, and discuss additional and reduced work as well as any deviations;
• You apply for permits as needed, file the necessary reports, and identify risks in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

• You have at least an MBO 4 level of work and thinking, preferably in the field of Civil Engineering, Built Environment, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering;
• You have at least 3 to 5 years of demonstrable work experience as a Work Planner or Project Coordinator in the field of underground infrastructure, preferably in the area of piping;
• You have experience with the RAW system and UAV-GC contracts;
• You have knowledge of AutoCAD or are willing to learn it;
• You have experience preparing and processing settlement statements;
• You enjoy the challenge of analyzing specifications and contracts and know how to apply this knowledge effectively within projects;
• You don't just sit back and wait; you think in terms of solutions and enjoy learning new things;
• You have a good command of the Dutch language.

Organization

A.Hak consists of five different business units, each with its own area of expertise. You’ll be working in either the Heating business unit or the Piping Construction business unit. If you join Piping Construction, your work location will be Purmerend. If you join the Heating business unit, your work location could be Purmerend, Hoorn, or Heerhugowaard. In the Heating business unit, everything revolves around the installation of heating pipelines. From small pipes in a crawl space to pipelines you can almost stand inside: dedicated teams carry out projects at various locations throughout the Netherlands, particularly in the west. Leidingbouw specializes in the installation of large underground transmission pipelines for gas, water, heat, CO₂, and hydrogen. From our Purmerend office, we work on challenging projects for clients such as PWN, Tata Steel, and Waternet. During the application process, we’d be happy to tell you more about both business units.
