The TKD is barely behind us or SAES International has already set its sights on the next fair: the MATEXPO 2025. At this biennial trade fair for equipment, machinery and vehicles in construction, a specialist such as SAES naturally cannot be missed. The company from Weert is presenting itself at the Kortrijk fair as the all-round player in the field of attachments, and MATEXPO is the ideal stage for showing its extensive range of demolition hammers, shears, grabs and crushers.
The 41st edition of MATEXPO will take place from September 10 to 14, 2025 at Kortrijk XPO. The fair offers an overview of the latest developments in construction machinery, construction materials and construction vehicles. And speaking of the latest developments, at the fair SAES will present the hydraulic demolition hammers of the Korean brand E-STM. "We presented these for the first time at the TKD and the reactions to them were rave," says Jeroen Hornman of SAES. "We are therefore extremely curious about the reactions of visitors to the MATEXPO."
E-STM Breakers is a leading manufacturer of powerful and reliable demolition hammers in a wide range. Hornman praises, among others, the E-STM HG series, based on durability and simplicity, with only three moving parts: the piston, control valve and control valve. "The design ensures less wear and tear and high reliability. The rugged case is made of wear-resistant HARDOX steel, control valves are built into the body, so the design is stronger and the components are optimally protected. The demolition hammers are a welcome addition to our range, allowing us to serve an even wider market."
In addition to box-type hammers, E-STM will soon come out with a range of hydraulic hammers as Solid Body. "This concept replaces redundant parts, resulting in high durability and a slim, compact design. In the weight range of 66 kilograms to 350 kilograms with the type designation CSB, these hammers are suitable for machines from 0.7 tons to 9 tons," Hornman explained. "Visitors can see these hammers from E-STM for themselves at our booth (number C08) during MATEXPO. We will be happy to inform them about the many possibilities."
In addition to the E-STM newcomer, SAES International is of course also showing Epiroc's demolition hammers and cutters at MATEXPO. "We have been the leading Epiroc dealer in the Benelux for thirteen years and since then we have been able to supply many demolition hammers, sorting grabs, verguizers and combination cutters to a broad customer base." A customer base, by the way, that SAES remains mostly loyal to, as the Weert-based company also provides service and maintenance on the attachments. "Epiroc's attachments excel in efficiency and reliability, and we are happy to show that at MATEXPO. Like the LaBounty scrap shears, a household name in the shooting world. The scrap shears are designed for long life and guarantee high production."
SAES International is packing big at MATEXPO, as the crushers, scrap shears and scrap sorting grabs of the VTN Europe brand can also be admired on the stand. Just like the SAES vibratory blocks that they have been successfully building for many years, as well as the SAES buckets, SAES fork boards, SAES hydraulic magnets and the in-house developed grease lubrication system for demolition hammers from 50 to 500 kilograms. Finally, Hornman also mentions the Xcentric Ripper. "It is a unique, worldwide patented attachment. The hydraulically driven ripper can be used both above and below water without significant modifications. It too can be admired at our booth."
MATEXPO is a monument among fairs. Few fairs have such a rich history. According to organizers, the 41st edition promises to be bigger again with more machines, more exhibitors and more visitors. "Stop by our booth number C08 and immerse yourself in the world of demolition hammers, shears, grapples, pulverizers, and more. We look forward to meeting you from September 10 to 14, 2025 at Kortrijk XPO."
