Training center Crescendo builds craftsmanship in the foundation industry

Founder and trainer Joop van der Wal himself is a seasoned professional with 25 years of experience in the foundation world. He rose from foundation worker to project leader, so he not only knows the ropes but also knows exactly what knowledge the industry needs.

Joops' foundation trade school offers a wide range of training courses focused on various aspects within the foundation industry. The trainings are divided into three categories: foundation worker, pile-driving and drilling boss and operator, and work planner/performer/supervisor. The strength of the trainings? "Each category covers various topics tailored to specific tasks within the work area. To give you an example; the Foundation Engineering module focuses on workplace organization for work planners, while machinists learn more about machinery and equipment. Foundation workers, on the other hand, are trained specifically in the technical aspects of their work. Moreover, we also include modules such as Working in Contaminated Soil, Working at Height, and Communication and Feedback in the trainings."
