DCA Infra is taking a clear step forward. Now that the integration within the Stadsbader Group has been completed, operations are back in full swing, ongoing projects are moving forward, and the focus is firmly on continuity, trust, and future-oriented investments.
The acquisition of DCA Infra and DC Recycling by the Stadsbader Group has now been completed. Following the approval of the reorganization plan on June 2, 2026, the share purchase agreement was signed on June 5. On July 6, the competition authorities published their approval, thereby definitively concluding the process. As a result, DCA Infra and DC Recycling are now officially part of the Stadsbader Group, and work can proceed in full swing on the further expansion of both companies within the group.
The past period has been marked by stability and a return to normal operations. Today, DCA Infra wants above all to show that the company is once again looking ahead. The teams are active on the job sites, customers and partners can continue to count on the familiar approach, and internally, work is continuing toward a sustainable future for the organization.

DCA Infra retains its own identity and operations within the Stadsbader Group. This approach is intended to ensure that the company’s strengths are preserved, with a focus on its own expertise and existing teams.
In the coming period, the company will focus, among other things, on further expanding its fleet of machinery and supporting ongoing projects. In doing so, DCA Infra aims to further solidify its position as a specialized player in infrastructure projects. The company is active in both public and private projects, ranging from road and sewer construction to landscape development and civil engineering.
This broad scope of operations is also reflected in long-term partnerships with various clients. One of them is Aquafin, for which DCA Infra is active on various construction sites.
“DCA is involved in both our larger construction and renovation projects for wastewater treatment plants and projects in public areas, where the impact on the surrounding environment is often greater. During the acquisition, most construction sites continued to operate without any significant interruptions. Thanks to an open dialogue, extra attention was paid where necessary to safety, phasing, and minimizing disruption. We appreciated that the project management took our concerns seriously and followed through on them. Today, the collaboration is once again proceeding as we have come to expect from DCA: professionally and constructively,” says Danny Baeten, Director of Projects at Aquafin.

At DC Recycling in Grobbendonk, too, the focus is once again firmly on the future. Recycling operations will continue, and the company will remain active for both external customers and the companies within the Stadsbader Group. In the coming period, the focus here will also be on continuity, further optimization of operations, and targeted investments to further strengthen capacity and efficiency.
According to Dominique Valcke, CEO of the Stadsbader Group, this further expansion fits perfectly within the group’s long-term vision. “DCA Infra and DC Recycling possess a great deal of expertise and craftsmanship. Our ambition is to further support those strengths while respecting their unique identities. Today, our priority is stability, continuity, and creating new opportunities for employees, customers, and partners.”
With 235 employees and about 20 projects currently underway, DCA Infra remains a major player in the infrastructure sector. This positive restart should now make it clear that the company is moving forward again: with confidence, with investments, and with the ambition to build further on the expertise that DCA Infra has developed in recent years.
Herenthout – On behalf of Pidpa, DCA Infra is working on the renovation of the sewer system and road infrastructure, including a separated sewer system, traffic safety measures, and a focus on cyclists and water retention.
Zemst – A large-scale sewer project commissioned by Aquafin and Zemst, featuring 4.6 km of wastewater sewer lines and 6.4 km of stormwater sewer lines, three pumping stations, ample space for infiltration, and the creation of new blue-green zones.
Lokeren – At the water treatment plant, DCA Infra is carrying out expansion and renovation work for Aquafin to enhance the plant’s capacity, efficiency, and future-readiness.
Kortenaken – In Kortenaken, DCA Infra is carrying out, on behalf of Aquafin, Fluvius, and the municipality of Kortenaken, a €14.5 million sewer project based on a design by Sweco, featuring nearly 13 km of pipes and conduits, two pumping stations, a buffer basin, and complex foundation and geotechnical engineering.
