In Kantar's annual Retail Excellence customer satisfaction survey, Van Dijk Groep, with branches in Woerden, Utrecht and Culemborg, has again been voted the best Volvo Trucks dealer in the Netherlands. In addition, the Breda branch of Bluekens Truck and Bus was voted best workshop.
Volvo Trucks' independent REx survey is conducted annually across Europe by research firm Kantar. Customers are interviewed both digitally and by phone and asked to rate their dealership in order to measure satisfaction and loyalty. The questions are thereby divided into two categories: Sales & Delivery and Workshop and Parts Facilities.
For the thirteenth time in fourteen years, Van Dijk Groep has been voted best dealer. Especially the good service, the skilled, friendly and helpful team of professionals and the solution orientation are praised. Customers feel seen and appreciated, according to the survey.
The Bluekens Truck and Bus branch in Breda emerged as the best workshop in the survey. Customers particularly appreciated the employees' dedication to providing outstanding service.
