Geometius takes an important step in its growth ambition by expanding the team with a Belgian representative. As of January 12, 2026, we welcome Hans Rymenants as Sales Engineer for the Belgian (and Luxembourg) market. With this we strengthen our presence and representation for the various Reality Capture solutions and innovative building technologies on the Belgian market.
The Geometius portfolio has expanded enormously in recent years, especially in the area of Reality Capture solutions and innovative solutions for construction. At the same time, the demand for our solutions, service and support from Belgium has also been increasing for years. “It is a logical step to be able to serve this customer group even better,” says Jasper Schuur, Managing Director of Geometius. “Hans has a wealth of experience in the field and with him on our team we can support our (potential) customers in Belgium faster and more personally and introduce them to the latest measurement solutions. Hans is fully supported in this by the Dutch Geometius team, so high quality service and support is guaranteed.” Hans himself is also looking forward to his start at Geometius. “I choose Geometius because their vision of honest and expert advice, high-quality service and support and long-term partnerships fits seamlessly with my way of working. With the strong Geometius team, the Certainty Plans and a broad portfolio, I can really help customers in Belgium,” Hans said.
Hans will focus entirely on Belgium and also pick up requests from Luxembourg. Here he has access to a large part of the Geometius portfolio, but will mainly focus on the Reality Capture solutions of Faro, Z+F, Looq andPix4D, as well as the building innovations of Mechasys. Of course, our Surety Plans for support and maintenance for our Belgian customers available, just as in the Netherlands. Customers can count on honest advice, expert training and high-quality service and support - core values that fit seamlessly with the Geometius philosophy.
Geometius has been officially Trimble Geospatial distributor for the Netherlands and shortly thereafter was also officially Trimble Marine distributor for the entire Benelux. Thanks to our cooperation with Trimble and now about 20 other A-brands, we have developed over the past 30 years into the expertise center for measurement and positioning technology in the Benelux. With in-depth knowledge and years of experience, we support customers in choosing the right technology for their projects. Our Security Plans are an integral part of our way of working; supporting and relieving our customers. For us, the expansion into Belgium is a logical step in the process of making this Geometius working method even more available to the Belgian market. All this with the aim of literally and figuratively being as close as possible to our customers and being able to optimally relieve them in the execution of their projects.
