Steelwrist celebrates 20-year anniversary and is once again recognized as one of Sweden's Best Managed Companies

Customers, partners and staff gathered May 14-16 at Steelwrist's headquarters in Rosersberg, Sweden, to celebrate the company's 20th anniversary. The program included a tour of the factory and the opportunity to view the full range of products on the outdoor grounds of the production facility. Of course, the recently launched new models of the third generation of tiltrotators, the XTR15 and the XTR23, were also presented, as well as the SQ40 automatic quick coupler with matching attachments. There was another highlight and reason to celebrate when it was announced on May 20 that Steelwrist received the award for Sweden's Best Managed Companies for the sixth year in a row.

 Steelwrist was founded in Sweden in 2005 and started in a garage north of Stockholm. Since then, the company has grown from a small newcomer to the global player it is today, supplying products to thousands of customers around the world over the past 20 years. The focus remains the same as when the company was founded; developing, manufacturing and selling tiltrotators, quick couplers and attachments that make excavators more efficient. 

Three-day anniversary celebration at Steelwrist headquarters 

At an exclusive event at Steelwrist's headquarters in Rosersberg, Sweden, guests from around the world gathered to celebrate the company's first 20 years. During an extensive factory tour of the 13,500-square-meter production facility, guests were given a presentation of the complete production process of the wide product range. In addition, guests were able to discover Steelwrist's full product range on a large outdoor exhibition area, including news recently presented at Bauma. The program concluded with an evening program at nearby Steninge Bruk. 

In conjunction with the event, Steelwrist launched an anniversary film celebrating its 20th anniversary, highlighting key milestones in the company's history and featuring interviews with key company representatives. After its initial screening to guests, the film is now available on all relevant social media platforms.

Steelwrist recognized as one of Sweden's Best Managed Companies 2025 

Steelwrist has received Sweden's Best Managed Companies recognition for the sixth year in a row and retains Gold Member status. The recognition is sponsored by Deloitte in cooperation with Swedbank. 

"We would like to extend our special congratulations to our Gold and Platinum members who have received the award for at least four and seven consecutive years, respectively. It is inspiring to see that so many companies remain committed and continue to measure themselves against the goals set," said Lina Thörn, partner at Deloitte and responsible for Best Managed Companies in Sweden. 

Best Managed Companies is a quality award given to private Swedish companies. The award is based on criteria that assess strategic direction, operational capacity, corporate culture and financial development. The program was founded by Deloitte in Canada in 1993 and has since operated in more than 20 countries worldwide. Sweden's Best Managed Companies was launched by Deloitte in 2018. This year, the award is being presented for the seventh time. An independent jury has selected the 17 companies that will receive this year's award.
