New Leica MC1 3D machine control solution for Develon DX225LC-7X excavator

Develon and Leica Geosystems have developed a 3D machine control solution specifically for the DX225LC-7X

Leica Geosystems, part of Hexagon, and DEVELON, formerly Doosan Construction Equipment, present a new 3D machine control solution for the 'Smart' DX225LC-7X crawler excavator which can be ordered separately.

The Develon DX225LC-7X comes standard with Full Electric Hydraulic technology (FEH) and an integrated machine guidance and control system. To achieve even greater efficiency, Develon now offers the Leica MC1 3D machine control system as a retrofit, specifically designed to be seamlessly integrated with the Develon 2D sensors and calibrations on the DX225LC-7X.

Develon's smart excavator gets even smarter

The Leica MC1 machine control solution is designed to help the operator accurately achieve the desired result. The Leica MCP80 control panel in the cab displays design information and real-time indications for excavation and fill work, allowing the operator to efficiently follow the reference model while working. The solution improves operator accuracy and satisfaction while increasing productivity and durability.
