Van 't Hof very excited about new tire crane and wheel loader

Prime products from Hidromek now also coming to the Netherlands

We see Hidromek machines at Van 't Hof these days. Indeed, the Spijkenisse-based company has been a Dutch importer of the Turkish brand since 2019. That now presents some of the latest Stage V machines from the H4 series, such as wheel loader HMK635WL (scoop 1), crawler excavator HMK230LC, urban excavator HMK145LC SR and mobile excavator HMK150WR (scoop 2).

To start with the latter: at Van 't Hof they are very enthusiastic about the new HMK150WR: "It is a nice compact machine of 16 to 17 tons. All the details have been very well thought out and the styling looks great. The components are for the most part from the well-known suppliers: Kawasaki pumps, ZF axles, Rexroth hydraulics and engines from Deutz." Fast hydraulic movements allow the HMK150WR to complete its work in a short time and at low cost, thanks in part to its shorter work cycle times, short swing radius and compact dimensions.

Compact inner turner

Speaking of excavators, the HMK145-LCSR is a semi-internal excavator with an economical and clean Stage V engine and a compact layout, thanks in part to its two-piece boom. This new tracked excavator from the H4 series has a short overhang, making it ideal for working not only with low emissions, but also with power and precision in urban areas and tight spaces, with less risk of damage and a high degree of safety. It owes its durability in part to its reinforced construction.

Scoop: 21-ton wheel loader

The HMK635WL is the second first to be brought to our country by Van 't Hof. This newcomer in the H4 series is environmentally friendly and productive with its Stage V MTU engine delivering 210 kW (282 hp) of power and 1,200 Nm of torque. The result is a maximum breakout force of 17,650 kgf. The HMK635WL weighs approximately 21 tons and is a scaled-down version of the proven 26.5-ton HMK640WL. Hidromek's philosophy has always been to build large first and, upon proven reliability and capacity, "downsize" the machine.

H4 series excavators

Hidromek's new H4 Series crawler excavators feature an advanced hydraulic system, allowing them to work faster, more productively and efficiently with lower fuel consumption. Reason why, according to Van 't Hof, they can be more profitable than ever for their users. We also see this with the more than 23-ton HMK230LC with Stage V engine, available from this year.

The H4 Series cab is designed for ease of use and features OPERA (Hidromek's Operator Interface). This allows operators to adjust all operating functions (joystick consoles, operator seat and armrests) according to their working conditions. ■
