TOBROCO-GIANT expands range with 2.3-ton G2300HD

Users asked for machines that fell exactly in between the existing G2200HD+ and G2500HD. That desire for an "intermediate size" has been honored by TOBROCO-GIANT with the development of the GIANT G2300HD, which is also available as an X-TRA version. The newcomer is equipped with a 1.5-liter four-cylinder from Kubota, which meets Stage V standards for clean diesel engines. The powerplant delivers 19 kW (26 hp) of power and has high torque. For good comfort combined with high performance, the machines have hydrostatic four-wheel drive and limited slip on both axles.

The work performance doesn't lie; thanks to the 8-ton planetary axles, the traction force is as much as 23 kilonewtons, which is badly needed for the diverse work on construction sites, in earth moving, on the farm or with landscapers and - last but not least - road builders. In daily practice, that means maximum traction, an exceptionally high tractive force and at the same time smooth operation under a variety of working conditions. Tipping loads of 1,595 kg for the G2300HD and 2,260 kg for the G2300 X-TRA HD ensure powerful and efficient loading and unloading. With the lifting height, we are talking about 2,825 and 2,450 mm, respectively.

STRONG AND COMPACT

The reason for users to ask for an "intermediate size" is quickly given; the G2300 is more compact and lighter than the G2500, while the motor delivers similar high performance. In addition to all the positive features of the larger model, the G2300's main advantage is that the frame has been specially modified to make room for a larger engine. As a result, the machine has a width of only 108 cm on standard tires, making it much easier to drive over narrow paths. So it is ideal for work sites in backyards or around buildings.

STABILO SYSTEM

Due to their compactness, the G2300 series models are also slightly lighter, making them easy to transport on a trailer with their operating weights of 2,300 and 2,350 kg. The machines can be equipped with the patented Stabilo system, an option that provides additional safety and comfort by eliminating all uneven ground without loss of performance.
