Technical Manager 

Do you have ambition to lead complex projects for appealing clients? Become our new colleague Technical Manager. Covalent has the ambition to grow further. Therefore we have room for junior and senior Technical Managers for 32 - 40 hours per week. 

What will you do? 

As Technical Manager, you are responsible for the full technical scope in an infrastructure or industrial project. You are involved in the project from planning phase to design, realization and delivery. You manage technical teams, make sure the right things happen at the right time, involve stakeholders, provide framework and advise on complex strategic issues. Quality and safety are self-evident principles for you. 

Your daily work will vary by phase in the project. In the planning phase, you facilitate the generation of ideas and the development of plans and alternative scenarios. Once the scope and planning have been established, you steer more on results and quality. In all phases you involve the stakeholders and have an eye for their wishes and interests.

• Salary of € 3,750 - € 6,500 gross per month (40 hours per week) depending on your knowledge and experience

What do you have to offer? 

• A completed college or university degree in (Electrical) Engineering, Technical Business Administration, Information Science or similar 
• Knowledge of and affinity for management techniques and processes
