On December 16, 2019, Van Tetering Grondverzet- en Spoorwegmachines B.V. of Steenbergen became part of Royal Reesink B.V. The company manufactures specialized railroad equipment such as railcars and various attachments for the European rail market.

Van Tetering Grondverzet- en Spoorwegmachines is the expert in the field of adapting and converting standard earthmoving machines, to railroad machines. These are mainly Atlas machines. Gerrit van der Scheer, CEO of Royal Reesink: "Since the addition of Hans van Driel B.V. to Royal Reesink in 2013, Van Tetering has been in our sights. We are convinced that with Van Tetering, in combination with Hans van Driel, we have even more to offer in this niche market. A welcome addition to the Reesink Construction Equipment division."
