In the middle range (from 168 to 610 millimeters), Solines is the largest stockholder of surplus pipes in the Netherlands. Fast and flexible
For specific requests, Solines Welding & Construction proves its added value. Pipe work such as sawing, trimming and welding is done in-house. Foundation companies, (wet) contractors and companies active in soil drilling are in Solines' good books. Loading is carried out quickly and efficiently using our own equipment, including four Sennebogen mobile cranes, our own trailers and terminal trucks, so that we can anticipate market demands quickly and flexibly. Solines is also the largest stockholder in the Netherlands of screw injection piles (SIP) in the four calibrated outside diameters; 88.9, 114.3, 139.7 and 168.3 mm. These are supplied in steel grade S355, all with male-female threads and in working lengths of 1 meter. Different lengths or other diameters can also be supplied with short delivery times.

In addition to screw injection piles, foundation companies can also turn to Solines for custom work, such as cutting LeKa or Tubex piles to length and providing them with drilling points, spray lances or drilling cams. It is also possible to weld on flanges and sheet pile locks with the OP welding robot. By means of QR codes, the material is properly administered and is traceable everywhere.
