Piltec, founded in 2025, is a young company dedicated to the sale and rental of drilling equipment, while building on solid experience in the field. At the helm is Hadrien Piliego, who gained more than a decade of experience on construction sites and in the drilling sector. In founding Piltec, he chose a model based on responsiveness, customer orientation and offering complete technical solutions.
Located in the Brussels periphery, Piltec has more than 1,200 m² of warehouses, workshops and offices, complemented by a particularly extensive permanent stock of rental machines, drilling equipment and spare parts. This allows the company to respond quickly to the needs of even the most demanding customers.
Piltec sells and rents all the equipment needed for drilling: hydraulic drills, drilling masts, mixing and injection plants, cement pumps, peristaltic pumps and associated tools (PDC cutters, drilling rods and tubes, etc.).
In the Benelux, the company is exclusive distributor of leading brands with a strong reputation for reliability, such as Tecniwell, Hütte, Gertec, Eurodrill, Marini and Casagrande, among numerous other specialized partners.
Anchoring and micropiling, piling, jet grouting, CSM (Cutter Soil Mixing), geothermal: Piltec covers all the configurations found on construction sites. “In collaboration with Hütte, we even developed a specific robotic machine for geothermal: the HBR 104 GT,” Piliego said. That example shows Piltec's ability to tailor machines to its customers' technical requirements.
Piltec also developed complete solutions for handling drilling mud (cement, bentonite, clay, etc.), one of the greatest operational and environmental challenges on construction sites today.
Suction of waste sludge, treatment via cyclones and centrifuges, separation of solids and clean water, reuse or disposal according to applicable standards: Piltec controls the entire process. The result: fewer pump trucks on the construction site, significantly lower operating costs and a significantly better environmental impact.
Piliego is trained as an electromechanical engineer, multilingual and strongly focused on practice. He takes an approach that relies on listening and flexibility. “Clients call me because they have a problem and are looking for a solution. They know they can count on my responsiveness and focused advice.”
That philosophy is clearly paying off: the company continues to grow strongly and soon realized significant sales. “Sometimes I refer a customer to a solution or partner without direct benefit to Piltec. But providing service and creating trust is a long-term investment,” he emphasizes.
Today Piltec can count on an internal team of seven employees, consisting of technicians, an after-sales manager, technical-commercial staff and administrative support staff, supplemented by a network of independent technicians. Thanks to its central location, the company can intervene quickly and provide high-quality service throughout the Benelux.
In the short term, Piltec plans to further expand its rental fleet, with the goal of having 35 machines by the end of the year. In the longer term, the vision remains unchanged: to consolidate sustainable growth by remaining committed to strong relationships, specialized technical expertise and impeccable service.
