Doing business contactless at Infra Relatiedagen

The importance of relationships is something that has become increasingly apparent in recent times. People need the social chat. Whereas in an online meeting you often get to the point quickly, Infra Relatiedagen offers precisely the place to 'just' talk to each other in a safe way. The safety of visitors and exhibitors has never been more important. Therefore, all possible measures will be taken to ensure a safe fair. At Infra Relatiedagen you can do business contactless. How? We will explain!

Flow-through location

First, we ask all visitors to register in advance. This is not possible at the fair itself. We do this so that we always know who has been at the fair and when. In addition, this gives us a good idea of how many people are coming. Because Evenementenhal Hardenberg is recognized by the local authorities as a flow-through location, we do not have to stick to the maximum group size of 30 people per room. However, we will monitor the number of people present in the halls at all times, in line with local authority guidelines. In addition, everyone must follow the designated walking route. This way, the one and a half meters can always be guaranteed.

Contactless

In addition to maintaining distance, we make sure everything is contactless wherever possible. A great example of how we make the fair contactless is the Smart Badge technology. Upon entering, the visitor receives a visitor badge with which he can scan interesting booths. After finishing, he receives the information from the scanned booths in his mailbox. Exhibitors also have the option of working with a specially developed app that allows him to scan his/her badge after a conversation with a visitor. This lead can be seen directly in the app and easily followed up after the end of exhibition.

Dust masks and disinfectant gel

In addition, there will be plenty of mouth masks and disinfectant gel available. Disinfectant hand gel will be available throughout the event and common areas. We encourage everyone to make good use of this as well. We also offer the mouth masks free of charge at the event. Furthermore, we will place Plexiglas screens at info points, catering points and all other counters manned during the event. All surfaces will also be disinfected regularly with disinfectant. The sprayers meet the strictest hygiene standards.

We can make it

In the past six months, exhibition organizer Easyfairs has been working on drawing up all conceivable protocols so that exhibitions can once again start up safely and responsibly. Recently, these health and safety protocols of Easyfairs for its venue in Gorinchem were successfully assessed by SGS, the world leader in inspection, control, analysis and certification. These protocols are also being used for Evenementenhal Hardenberg, home of Infra Relatiedagen. Roos op 't Holt, on behalf of fair organizer Infra Relatiedagen, says: "This SGS organization is a very critical authority and internationally recognized. In this we go further than any fair organization, because we go all out to create the safest place to come together and do business. This diligence is also appreciated by the local authorities. "Putting down a safe fair? We can do it!
