MASCOT® WORKWEAR actively seeks contact with end users in order to tailor its range of workwear perfectly to the target group. According to John Peeters, Joint Country Manager Netherlands, this is also the main reason why they attend end-user trade fairs. This will also be the case at the Infra Relatiedagen in Hardenberg on February 10, 11, and 12, 2026, where the MASCOT® ACCELERATE SAFE RWS line will be on display, which meets the specific (high visibility) requirements of Rijkswaterstaat.
MASCOT offers a suitable range of workwear for every sector and type of work. “At the Infra Relatiedagen, the emphasis is on products that contribute to visibility and safety when working in public spaces,” says Peeters. “Think of our RWS line for employees who work along or on national highways. But not every professional in the civil engineering sector needs a high visibility category. That's why we're also showcasing clothing solutions at the trade fair that are suitable for work where high visibility is not a requirement, but comfort, functionality, and durability are all the more important.”

MASCOT is known for its innovative solutions. “An important step was the introduction of ULTIMATE STRETCH, a 4-way stretch fabric in workwear, which gives employees significantly more freedom of movement,” says Peeters. “Our MASCOT® ACCELERATE collection with ULTIMATE STRETCH is available in various designs. Whether it's the standard line, the RWS variant for high visibility, or the Multisafe version with flame-retardant and antistatic properties, companies can count on a uniform and professional look for all employees with a single collection. We also produce work shoes tailored to different disciplines. For example, we have asphalt shoes with smooth soles in our range for the civil engineering sector.”

Whereas many manufacturers depend on external suppliers, MASCOT works with its own SA8000-certified factories in Vietnam and Laos. Peeters: “That makes us unique. We can be sure that working and living conditions are good, and we have complete control over production. This not only results in responsible clothing, but also consistent quality. Because we control production ourselves, size and fit remain unchanged, so you can always expect the same product.” And that product is further developed in consultation with the end user. “The Infra Relatiedagen offer an excellent opportunity to jointly look at possible optimizations.”

Even after the trade fair, MASCOT remains in contact with the field. “We enjoy visiting companies,” says Peeters. “Through wear tests and sparring sessions with safety experts, for example, we constantly monitor how the clothing meets the needs and requirements of the workplace. The innovative MASCOT® SmartStore also plays a role in this: an online ordering system that allows employees to order their own package within pre-set budgets and conditions.”
