Sustainable work on the water with 100% electric boating

An approach that starts with the clear identification of needs and through the translation of the program of requirements results in a unique design and end result in which all wishes are united. Also when it comes to sustainability. With this in mind, the company recently launched a 100% electric solution for workboats. Fully electric

Recently, the shipbuilder has been doing the same on the sustainability front. Using the design created personally by Klaas Groeneveldt as a basis, the company recently presented a new concept centering on the production of a 100% electric solution for workboats. "The Easy Worker 1040, our most popular workboat, is now also available in a fully electric version," Groeneveldt explains. "Whereas the normal version runs on a diesel engine, this novelty is equipped with a 150 kilowatt electric motor. Otherwise, both workboats are identical. With this invention we enable our clients to take a considerably greener course around their operations. Especially for provinces and governments, the product is more than interesting. And what is also nice, the concept can be extended to the somewhat larger types of ships from our stable without too much detour. In short, we also offer the ultimate in customization in terms of sustainability."

Website

The best way to get an impression of that customization is to visit www.groeneveldtmarineconstruction.nl. "Under the heading 'Brochures,' you'll find all the details and specifications of our new product," says Groeneveldt. "And if there are any questions then, we will of course be happy to speak to anyone during a personal interview."
