Paul Vogels, director: "Primaned specializes in project management of complex multidisciplinary projects. An insufficiently explored field. There is an increasing awareness among clients that control of projects due to environmental variables and regulations needs more attention."

Primaned is the Oracle Primavera specialist in the Benelux and in 25 years grew to become a specialist in project management. "We now have several specialized software packages, and employ over 80 project, system and business consultants, teachers and IT specialists. They start up project environments, work on projects, train and support our customers. Because of our unique approach, we work as a team and develop our service/product package integrally."

The importance of support

"As experienced analysts, the consultants monitor the relevant project data. As a result, we make good estimates of what needs to happen in terms of time, money, scope, resources and risks. A forecast has no value if no one believes in it. If everyone in the project is on board, there is a chance that the result will be achieved; support is crucial. The consultants therefore invest a lot of time in getting everything well established and explained, adjusted and monitored."
