Schipstal Mill manure trade and transport about MecXellent: 'They supply good diesel oil; competitively priced and in a fine partnership'

Schipstal Mill specializes in the trade and distribution of slurry, solid manure, digestate and raw materials for biogas production. Director Cristian van Schipstal: "We have a total of eleven trucks on the road and burn a lot of diesel oil. In our case the premium diesel from MecXellent and fair is fair; no more trammel."

MecXellent is a product of Mecatech Industries, which supplies fuel additives, unique oils and maintenance products. Schipstal: "For our transport we use a number of trucks and tractors with trailers; trucks that are on the road every day with manure and biogas products. We transport them to a biogas plant with which they generate green energy. We drive mainly in the Benelux, mostly in the Netherlands. Two trucks load manure in the Netherlands and unload it in France. We drive at least 140,000 kilometers a year and use a lot of diesel oil. Especially the hilly roads in Belgium and France cause higher consumption." 

Van Schipstal: "The reason for switching to MecXellent at the time was the problems we were experiencing with fuel filters clogging up. They go much further than just preventing our vehicles from stalling. We see that when the filters are changed during maintenance; they look like they have just been fitted. Huub de Cock of MecXellent explained to us that the injectors experience less wear and tear and therefore last much longer. It also has a beneficial effect on fuel consumption. And that is very welcome with today's diesel prices."
