Much more than corporate clothing alone

Unburdening the customer by one stop shopping, that is HKV. Known for industrial clothing, the product range is much broader and also includes tools, road signage, advertising & signage. A large pallet on which senior account manager Joost van Welie is happy to explain.

Joost: "There are increasing demands on work clothing. Obviously with regard to the protection and comfort of the people wearing it. We are also getting more and more clothing in our range that is made from sustainable materials. This is already being taken into account during development."

Tools

"At HKV you can find all hand and power tools from Bahco, Makita, Festool and Hikoki, among others. In addition, we have a wide range of other tools for the landscaper, construction, painter, road worker and landscaping. Added to this are our climbing materials such as ladders, work ladders and scaffolding. We also supply sewer tools for unblocking drains and are also the preferred supplier for everything needed to create a clean and safe working environment. Think cleaning cloths, garbage bags, brushes, sweeper, dustpan and brush. Many items we have been selling since 1975."
The package of road signage offered by HKV is broad and diverse. Think of road marking materials, traffic cones, street furniture, traffic columns, traffic mirrors and traffic signs made of environmentally friendly rice husk. HKV is the partner who also understands that customers sometimes need road markings on site as a matter of urgency.

Joost: "With our own advertising & sign department, we can completely unburden the customer. Whether it's vehicle lettering, facade advertising, flags and hoardings, internal advertising or signage, you can come to us for the complete package. From design to realization, we take the entire process off your hands."

Experience

HKV's customers can count on prompt delivery because the company has its own delivery service. Joost: "We drive on fixed routing days and bundle our orders to minimize transport movements. But rush orders are of course always possible. Of course, we are also happy to fill specific customer requirements and look for solutions."

In HKV's order management system (BMS), customers can place orders for clothing and shoes on a personal level. This makes it possible for employees to order for themselves. Joost: "After logging in, the end user only sees the package needed for their own work. Several departments within a company can purchase their own packages and services from us, in which everything is registered. The buyer has little work to do and saves a lot of time. The dimensions of the end user are known in the system and do not have to be entered when ordering. Only what the person in question needs can be ordered."
