As of July 8, 2021, the new holding company Otri bv acquired Matemco of Ede. This makes Otri the parent company of the Jako and Yelloo Group and Matemco.
This acquisition is entirely in line with Otri's growth-oriented strategy. Divided over three modern branches, Otri is a partner from Cuijk, Hattemerbroek and Ede for a multitude of solutions for the structural phase, infrastructure and renovation phase. These include formwork and accessories, temporary support structures, scaffolding systems, passenger and goods elevators, modular suspended platforms and hardware and tools. Matemco with its expertise fits excellently into the Otri family. Quality, partnership and the service of Jako, Yelloo and Matemco together are the connection that make Otri a strong brand.
For over 50 years, Matemco has been a leading partner for the engineering, supply and installation of temporary support structures, as widely used in civil engineering but also abundantly in residential and commercial construction. For example, the Kwiksteiger system is ideal for high supports and for absorbing heavy loads (up to 75 kN per upright).
Matemco has a highly professional team available, consisting of structural engineers, project engineers, 3D specialists, representatives and project managers. This base opens doors to collaborate, share information and align the work process. All project engineers within Matemco work in Revit as standard. In addition, they work with a 4D BIM module to fully BIM with 4D work. Starting point is to go as far as possible as a supplier in a high quality safe budgeted construction.
Jeroen Jansen, managing director and 100% owner of Otri bv, sees Matemco's strong position as a welcome addition, especially for the Jako group. Matemco's expertise in civil engineering, residential construction and utilities makes a major contribution to this. Jako, on the other hand, has an extensive formwork program which is a wonderful addition for Matemco. In short, there is plenty of synergy.
Otri continues to invest in further growth opportunities that seamlessly integrate all disciplines required during the structural phase and in the renovation phase.
