"From the steel in our first bridge in 1903 to rail sensors, DYWIDAG works with governments, owners, infrastructure contractors and design firms to make infrastructure projects safer, stronger and smarter." DYWIDAG's products are used in a wide variety of projects, from bridges and slope stabilization to high-rise buildings, stadiums, wind turbines and dams.

- Geotechnics - Rock and ground anchor systems for soil stabilization and infrastructure projects.
- Prestressed structures - Flexible support systems for different industries and demanding environments.
- Lifespan Management - Maintenance operations, monitoring schedules and robotics.
DYWIDAG's systems can be found in iconic projects such as the Golden Gate Bridge, the Panama Canal, Kap
Shui Mun bridge and the Freedom Tower. "We have grown to 1,600+ employees and 25 licensees in 50+ countries," says Robert Jansen of DYWIDAG. "In this, we combine global expertise with a local presence."
Lifespan Management is an increasingly important component within the group, according to Jansen. "DYWIDAG's mission and goal are to use Lifespan Management to address the current global infrastructure crisis (aging) through technology, data-driven actions and services. We want to be able to better support our customers in addressing the daily challenges they face."

Lifespan Management is a rapidly growing service offering for customer safety, savings and sustainability. Says Jansen, "We specialize in repair and maintenance, establishing monitoring schedules for infrastructure objects, and robotic inspection for each life stage of a structure. Our Lifespan Management solutions enable us to detect defects before they become critical, preventing complex and costly repairs. It also results in longer life and lower costs. Our inspection methods offer the latest in robotics to arrive at the best possible insights."
In addition, DYWIDAG engages in daily rehabilitation and strengthening of structures due to capacity expansions, design code changes, structural defects, ongoing protection or aging damage. "We provide a wide range of solutions, such as cleaning, robotic wrapping and de-icing of tether cables monitors of bridges. Finally, we continually invest in our collaboration with Microsoft to continually refine the technology. All with the goal of achieving a safe, strong and smart infrastructure," Jansen concludes.
