Soil protection devices for industry

Triflex products can protect and seal more than just horizontal surfaces.

Thus, the systems are also suitable for finishing edges, upstands and even vertical walls. The seamless sealing of catch basins, cisterns, calamity facilities and tank pits, among others, is therefore no problem at all. Storage tanks standing on concrete foundations also require durable protection against moisture penetration between the connection of the tank and the mound. Since Triflex products guarantee excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates, the systems are ideally suited for this application. Cold application of the systems eliminates the risk of fire.

Leak and calamity bins 

Sealing a tank pit or calamity tank can be done in various ways. Depending on the quality of the substrate, regulations, wishes and/or requirements of the client, Triflex can offer the right system. The very short curing time, durability and cold application of the products ensure minimal inconvenience and stagnation. In some cases, for example, sealing the (dilatation) seams and/or transitions is sufficient while some manholes or bins require a complete sealing system.

Washing, fueling and unloading area

Unloading areas for trucks with polluting loads must be liquid-proofed. The same applies to industrial washing areas. Triflex' systems protect the floor area under the most extreme conditions against penetration of contaminated (liquid) substances and erosion. The membranes adhere to virtually all substrates, asphalt and concrete transitions in unloading and washing areas are therefore easy to seal.
