Vibration-free foundations, without noise pollution and with minimal soil discharge

On projects where vibrations and noise pollution must be kept to a minimum, the mortar screw pile usually proves to be an ideal foundation system. Nederfund specializes in the installation of these mortar screw piles (and, for that matter, screw injection piles as well) and last year invested heavily in further expansion and preservation of its machinery.

Nederfund started drilling mortar screw and screw injection piles in 2007. The company from Wijchen can rightfully call itself a "specialist" in this field. It is a flat organization that is fortunate to have skilled personnel and good drivers who know their trade. A foundation plan on paper is patient, but the situation in practice can cause unexpected surprises. Nederfund, like no other, is able to respond flexibly. Everything for a perfect end result.

Widely certified

Nederfund is the party for both small precision work and large construction and infrastructure projects. The company is VCA* certified and a member of the NVAF (Nederlandse Vereniging Aannemers Funderingswerken). Especially in recent years they have invested heavily in the machinery. This means that they can cope with situations with a limited working height or at locations that are difficult to reach, but are also able to drill long piles on a large scale up to 27 meters. Specialist work, such as drilling along railroad tracks or in contaminated soil, is also no problem for Nederfund. The employees also have all the necessary certificates.

New theses

In 2022, Nederfund commissioned two new racks. The mortar screw pile driver 1712 weighs 17 tons and is capable of drilling piles of up to 11 meters, while the 4322, weighing 50 tons, can drill piles up to a maximum length of 20 meters. Both machines obviously comply with the latest emission standards and are equipped with an automated system for drilling registration. On the basis of that data, drilling graphs and statements are drawn up so that the quality delivered can also be demonstrated afterwards. With these new machines, Nederfund has, among other things, laid the foundation for the WoonDroom project in Wijchen and the Driegaarden plan in Huissen. In addition to the two new racks, there are four existing racks, with which a wide range of foundation work can be carried out with piles in lengths of up to 27 meters.

The agenda for the coming period is well filled. Nederfund's ambition is not only to continue to grow steadily, but also to commit to emission-free foundations. Currently, the market is not yet ready, but developments are being closely monitored.
