Customized program

Before you start the traineeship, we will establish your development path together. This will be tailored to your personal wishes within the market segment of industrial automation in which we operate. We focus on your personal and professional development. For example, we determine what coaching, external courses, training and internal knowledge transfer from experienced colleagues you will need in the first few months to lay a solid foundation. Think about the "technical jargon": technical concepts, language and working methods. You will also be introduced to the way we advise our clients. This forms the foundation on which you can build the rest of your career. 

Hands-on experience: gaining experience in leading infra projects

You will shadow experienced colleagues on site at clients such as the Department of Public Works and the major municipalities in the Randstad. This provides a dynamic learning experience where you will make visits, participate in meetings and be involved in project activities such as design sessions.

Personal coaching and mentoring

An experienced Covalent colleague will be your personal coach. Every month you will evaluate the progress and adjust the plan where necessary. You will be continuously supported and motivated to get the best out of yourself.
