Betonfabriek Nigtevecht has been an independent manufacturer of concrete products for ground, road, water, rail and agro construction for over 60 years. The company supplies durable concrete products to contractors, governments, fellow manufacturers, garden centers, building material dealers and installation companies, among others. 

Years of experience are reflected in the quality of the products. The concrete plant is a KOMO certified (Kiwa criteria 73, category 2) and ISO 9001 certified manufacturer, with an eye for sustainability and customer-specific requirements. The various custom concrete products are made by means of the direct-dismantling system: dry cast. In this way, dozens of pieces can be produced per production day. In addition to a shorter delivery time, this also allows the product price to be competitively priced.

In order to minimize the physical strain on employees, we work with modern, (partially) robotized, safe, well-maintained and flexibly programmable production lines. 

The 'Nigtevecht Concrete' is environmentally conscious because of the use of certified recycled concrete granulate as aggregate. In addition, a low-CO2 binder is used without concessions to quality requirements and further solutions to the CO2 problem are being worked on. This makes concrete the sustainable, economic and ecological solution. By using our concrete products instead of hardwood or plastic, you increase the lifespan of a sheet pile construction, for example, by 50 to 75 years.
