For us, human beings are our most important asset which must be protected, regardless of the consequences. We cannot imagine any activity or work that puts the life of a human being at risk. Since 2025, our thinking has expanded to include ‘caring for our Wildlife in the Netherlands. How beautiful it is when you can work together in nature where humans and animals are ’happy‘. We do this by temporarily giving up some ’living pleasure‘ together in order to then create a much better and more beautiful habitat together!

 Hence ‘Everything in its time,’ without irresponsibly endangering humans and/or animals!

Our history

As safety experts, we have been advising in the field of occupational health and safety and QHSE since 2003. We are now a true family business consisting of two generations of several qualified senior safety experts and intermediate safety experts. Safety is therefore one of our foremost concerns. Since 2005, our family business has expanded with the arrival of a qualified Wildlife Manager and Ecologist.

Vision

In our view, all activities in our daily life can be influenced in such a way that the probability of the loss is adequately controlled. Such an activity or work should not commence until all possible hazards and potential risk factors are acceptably controlled

Mission

Avoid taking irresponsible risks.

Baboe Consultancy B.V. strives to keep all its clients from taking irresponsible risks where human lives may be endangered. In addition, we strive to save our clients from all the misery they will experience when things do go wrong. For us, human beings are our most important asset that must be protected, regardless of the consequences. We cannot imagine any activity or work where a human being's life is put at risk.
