Bobcat packs big at TKD with lots of news

Inter-Techno is displaying some thirty Bobcat machines at booth 25 during TKD. These include various models of excavators, skid steer loaders, telehandlers and compact tractors. There will also be a number of Bobcat compaction machines and attachments on display. New to the program are the E88 and electric E19e excavators, compact tractors, the T86 skid-steer loader and the TL25.60 compact telehandler.

On display at TKD is the new E19e, a 2-ton electric excavator, which was presented at Bauma last year. The E19e is the electric version of the popular Bobcat E19 diesel excavator and offers the same functionality and performance. The E19e delivers a maximum power of 15 kW. The battery capacity is 3.5 hours, but the excavator can be recharged during work breaks with a super fast charger. This means that the machine can be used all day for almost all common applications. Preferably, of course, in environments where only low-noise, emission-free machines are allowed. Besides the E19e, the E10e and the E35e converted by Inter-Techno itself are also on display.

The new E88 is an 8-ton excavator from the Bobcat R2 series. It is equipped with a Bobcat D24 Stage V four-cylinder engine, delivering 48.5 kW of power. The machine also features a spacious and easily accessible cab, which offers great comfort and a generous view. With joysticks, switches and a 5- or 7-inch display ergonomically grouped around the operator, operation is very easy. The E88 is available with standard arm or long arm configuration. Arm-mounted auxiliary hydraulic lines and auxiliary hydraulic controls allow the use of a wide range of attachments.

Strong skid-steer loader

The new tracked T86 skid-steer loader was introduced along with the wheeled S86 late last year. Thanks to the 3.4-liter Bobcat Stage V engine, which delivers 78 kW (105 hp) of power, both models are the most powerful compact loaders Bobcat has ever developed. They are ideally suited for tough conditions such as road construction, earthwork, forestry and material handling, for example. Very convenient are the three options for the auxiliary hydraulics: standard 87 l/min; high flow 138 l/min or super flow 159 l/min. Models with Super Flow include a connection block with 5 couplers, which offers great flexibility for the use of attachments. The T86 and S86 have a very comfortable cab with intuitive SJC controls and displays. The cab also has good all-round visibility and low noise and vibration transmission. 

Compact telescopic handler

The new TL25.60 is Bobcat's most compact telehandler and, thanks to its tight turning radius, is well suited for working in tight spaces. Its performance is outstanding. The Bobcat Stage V engine delivers 75 hp, a lifting capacity of 2,500 kg, a maximum lift height of 5.9 meters and a maximum reach of 3.3 meters. The TL25.60 can work with all attachments designed for Bobcat loaders, making it extremely flexible.

The TL25.60 has a robust design with a strong frame and reinforced boom. The hydraulic and electrical components, including pipes, wiring harnesses and transmission, are well protected and a steel plate is mounted on the underside. The cab of the TL25.60 is the same as on the large telehandlers, making it extremely spacious and comfortable. Thanks to the new dashboard design and slim roof pillars, the operator has unobstructed visibility.  

New tractor line

Finally, Inter-Techno is presenting two models from the new family of compact tractors on the stand: the CT1015 and the CT2525. Bobcat offers three series: the 1000-, 2000- and 4000-series with a total of nine models from 25 to 58 hp. Each model comes with a choice of factory options, including cab, front loader, mechanical or hydrostatic transmission, different types of tires and front fenders.

The compact tractors have standard four-wheel drive, which offers high power and excellent traction. Furthermore, they can be supplied with a wide range of mounting options and attachments such as front hitch, center mower and any equipment that can be mounted to the rear or front hitch.

All models feature a cleverly designed and generously proportioned workspace. The tractors are available with air conditioning (for cab models), suspension seat, adjustable steering wheel, connected pedal and intuitive, ergonomic controls.
