Luijten Group owner of the Doosan DX140LCR-7

We visited Luijten Group, here we spoke to owner Remy and machinist Sandro. Sandro is now six years in service at Luijten Group and may proudly present the Doosan DX140LCR-7 boards. So they were eager to share their experience. Wondering why Sandro describes the machine as a "wolf in sheep's clothing"? Then read on!

Provenance

Beginning as a landscaping company, Luijten Group was formed in 2003. Where they mainly dealt with green space, parks and private gardens. Expansion took place a few years later and activities such as earth moving, infra work and civil engineering were soon added to the list. Now, in 2022, Luijten Group consists of four different companies: Luijten Groentechniek, Extraordinary Habets, Greenspot & Co. and Equipment Service South.

Projects

"Currently, we are using the Doosan DX140LCR-7 for excavating a water basin, for such work the machine does a very good job and that's partly why we bought it. We also do a lot of infrastructure work and it does a really good job there too. It can be used immediately, which was also the intention'', Remy said.

Preferred Doosan

"What I like most of all is the peace and quiet in the cab of a Doosan machine with, in particular, the DX140LCR-7 crawler excavator. You just don't hear the excavator's pump. When you're working with a machine all day, that does matter. Even the guys working around the machine always say that". Machinist Sandro called it, in fancy words, "a wolf in sheep's clothing."

"A long time ago, we at Staad also purchased the Doosan DX170W-5 mobile excavator. Then we sat down and took a critical look at the different brands. This showed that Doosan was just really the best option. I've always worked with a Doosan before and I've always liked it," Sandro said cheerfully.
