Aboma Consultancy strengthens position within construction and infrastructure with acquisition of Memodidact training business

As of January 1, 2023, Aboma Consultancy has taken over the training activities of Memodidact within the construction and infrastructure sector. Memodidact provides and develops training in the areas of safety, attitude and behavior. The well-known training formulas "Seeing-Acting-Learning" and "Are you on track?" will be transferred to Aboma Consultancy.

With this acquisition, Aboma Consultancy strengthens its position in the field of safety behavior and culture. This contributes to Aboma's ambition to be the integral partner of choice for its customers at all levels (Engineering, Organization, Behavior and Culture) in the pursuit of a safe and healthy working environment.

Recently, Jeroen Lammertse, general manager of Aboma Holding, and Monica Miegies, owner of Memodidact, signed the contract. The goal is to integrate the training concepts within Aboma. Monica Miegies will remain involved as a trainer and developer and will enter into a cooperation agreement with Aboma. In addition, Memodidact will continue to operate independently within other industries.

Monica Miegies: "The demand for behavioral and cultural training is increasing. By partnering with a reputable party and combining our talents, we can better meet the demand in the market. Because of the long business relationship between the two organizations and our shared passion for safety, Aboma is the right party for this. I look forward to working together!"

Jeroen Lammertse: "The focus within our organization is strongly on behavior and culture. With this acquisition we are accelerating the offering of services around these themes. In addition, the integration of these specific training activities in the field of behavior and culture ensures a broadening of the service package for our clients. In short, in all areas a very valuable addition for Aboma."
