Erland Morelissen has taken over Saes International B.V. from founder Henk Saes. The specialist in hydraulic attachments thus gets a new owner after 34 years.
Location, brand portfolio and service level remain unchanged. Saes International carries among others the brands Epiroc, Erkat, VTN, LaBounty, ESTM and Xcentric, and delivers from Weert to clients in the Benelux and beyond.
“In Erland, I have found a successor who approaches the company with the same conviction with which I built it,” said Henk Saes. “I leave Saes International in his hands with peace of mind.”
Morelissen has a business economics background and years of experience in technical, capital-intensive industries. “In this sector, the relationship with the supplier often makes the difference between downtime and production,” Morelissen said. “I am building on what Henk and the organization have accomplished in 34 years - together with customers, suppliers and employees.”
