Total solutions for compact foundation jobs

Since 2008, Inpieq has developed into a major player in the foundation industry. For example, the company supplies a wide range of custom-developed foundation machines, such as the recently introduced drilling rig type IFD 4/C. However, with the further development of the Inpieq Data Logging System (DLS), the company is also taking new steps forward on the automation front.

The Inpieq Data Logging System (DLS) has been the solution for automatic calibration of foundation piles for many years. Further development of the software now also makes the logging system ideally suited for the accurate online collection of engine and machine data. This has resulted in a complete and extensively tested platform that gives the user an up-to-date insight into all desired pile data as well as equipment data. Even per machine or project.

Complete route in map

Inpieq DLS ensures maximum efficiency. For example, the tool generates a current and cost-saving overview of concrete and grout consumption. Furthermore, the system collects all the information needed to perform the work optimally. Useful for both the crane operator and the employees in the office. In parallel, the recently added machine registration module can now chart the complete route of the machine. "It is possible to collect a variety of parameters from the engine and hydraulic system," said director/owner Frank van Deursen. "Think of fuel consumption, start and stop times and, of course, CO2 emissions. Additionally, we can take care of all infrastructural matters and the construction of the required GPS facilities."

Emission-free and energy-efficient drilling

The drilling rig type IFD 4/C, which can be ordered according to customer specifications, means for Inpieq a further expansion of the existing program of foundation machines for use in small-sized or difficult-to-reach locations. Thanks to the two electric motors, it is also possible to drill without emissions and vibrations. "This drilling rig, consisting of a compact drilling cabinet and ditto machine, is the custom solution when you are looking for a compact machine that can also be easily transported at the same time," says Frank.

Large diameters

The drill box of the IFD 4/C features a drill pipe clamp with a passage of no less than 355 millimeters. This makes drilling with larger pipe diameters possible, even if the pipe is tromped. "Unique," Frank believes. "Most machines stop at 273 millimeters. This one goes considerably further." With a width of 80 centimeters and a height of 195 centimeters, the machine itself is particularly suitable for use in the smallest inner-city spaces. Energy-efficient it is, too. "While moving, the machine can run on one motor," Frank explains. "If you want to start drilling, the second motor can be switched on to the desired power." Furthermore, the IFD 4/C has its own auxiliary crane that allows the user to effortlessly insert the drill pipe into the drill box. Finally, the unit can be supplied in combination with DLS.
