The GPS TK Recon is a compact handheld compatible with the Field Scout app. Both work with your Apple® or Android™ mobile device, allowing you to traverse the intended drill path of your next job and record key road points and obstacles, such as entry pit, exit pit and crossing utilities. The Field Scout reduces the risk of error, replaces pencil and paper, and allows you to use GPS.
With the handheld and the Field Scout app, you can capture your drilling profile to within 1 cm and read it out in GPS coordinates. Optionally, a special holder is available that allows you to attach the handheld to the Subsite TK Recon. The handheld is very solid, dust- and waterproof to IP65 and complies with MIL-STD-810F for drop, shock, vibration, temperature, altitude and humidity.
