Infra Relatiedagen 2024 is all about content

On February 6, 7 and 8, 2024, the entire ground, road and hydraulic engineering sector will meet at the knowledge and networking event of the year: Infra Relatiedagen! This year's event brings a sea of content. This is the reason for important target groups such as governments, project developers, architects, water boards, suppliers, machinists and (sub)contractors to schedule a visit to the event now.

More than 325 leading exhibitors share their knowledge and innovation and +14,000 professionals are introduced to the latest trends and developments. Infra Relatiedagen is growing, thanks in part to the quality content at the event. How does this manifest itself?

Six zones of content

An abundance of content on the exhibition floor of Infra Relatiedagen. Six different zones are arranged on the floor plan, each of which will approach certain themes in greater depth. Knowledge transfer and dialogue are central here. This will happen, for example, with interactive sessions led by speakers who are in the middle of the profession and various demonstrations.

1. The Preliminary Pathway

The first day of the fair starts with the mini-symposium "The Pre-Project" in cooperation with Mateboer. Six speakers will present all the important steps before the first spade can go into the ground. The symposium is divided into two blocks. The first part focuses mainly on conditioning, then the second block focuses on the construction team, the integrated project & GIS.

2. Government Park

The Government Park is a networking and information plaza that facilitates meetings between governments, contractors and suppliers. Provinces present their plans to 2030 here and practical issues arising from them are discussed with stakeholders.

Societal challenges, sustainability missions, new projects and laws and regulations are key pillars for the dialogues held at Government Park.

3. Public Lighting Square

In cooperation with TU Eindhoven, the Public Lighting Square will be set up. Thirteen exhibitors will present the latest lighting developments. The exhibitors will be closely involved in advance with the problems that TU Eindhoven is investigating. By combining strength and knowledge, governments and other stakeholders can get their knowledge here when it comes to Safety, Circularity and Smart City. Some of the participants are Signify, Nederlands Licht Instituut (NLI), Schréder and Swarco.

4. College Tour

At Infra Relatiedagen, much attention is also given to the employees of the future. Through the College Tour, MBO and HBO students are involved in the industry in an appealing, active and accessible way. They receive targeted information about products, companies and innovations and come into contact with interested companies. An educational experience for both students and exhibitors.

5. Building Site of the Future

During Infra Relatiedagen 2023, the course towards emission-free equipment was set, but how does this work on the construction site? From both exhibitors and visitors came the obvious question: How are we going to use electric machines on the construction site? How should we charge? Do we store energy?

Entrepreneurs are educated about subsidies, can have the cost of operation calculated and are inspired by A-players in the market for a smoother transition to a zero emission construction site.

6. Streetwork Square

In cooperation with Straatwerk Nederland, the Straatwerk Plein is being set up. At the square the focus is on knowledge transfer. Here various lectures will be given in an informal setting.

Underground Infra Square

Don't forget this year's eye-candy: The Underground Infra Square. A unique collaboration between contractors and clients with the goal of putting the industry in a positive light for new entrants to underground infra. This square of no less than 600 square meters offers demonstrations, speed dates, job opportunities and networking opportunities.

Plenty to experience at Infra Relatiedagen 2024! More information about the different zones, the exhibitors and the program can be found at www.infrarelatiedagen.nl.
