Products to be seen live at MATEXPO 2023 in Kortrijk
During the upcoming edition of MATEXPO, the biennial international trade fair for construction equipment at Kortrijk Xpo, STDS-Jantz must not and will not be missing, of course. On stand 110, the specialist in advanced (foundation) drilling equipment and machines will show a cross-section of its extensive delivery program from September 6 to 10, 2023. This includes the rotary drilling tools of N.U.B. Engineering, the Scottish sister company of STDS-Jantz.
The already 40th edition of the well-attended MATEXPO is an excellent opportunity for STDS-Jantz to present itself to the foundation industry in its entirety. The product solutions offered by the German company, which include drilling materials, hydraulic drilling motors, mini casing machines and accessories, fit together perfectly and together form a welcome overall package. Partly because of this, the company's solid and user-friendly products are used worldwide during a variety of projects, such as pile drilling, anchoring, geothermal and well drilling.
The range of rotary drilling tools, core product of Motherwell-based N.U.B. Engineering, will have a prominent place in Kortrijk. Marnik Janssens, representative on behalf of STDS-Jantz for the Benelux, among others, and working from the sales office in Ternat, Belgium, explains the product group in more detail. "N.U.B. Engineering's range of rotary drilling solutions includes robust solutions characterized by a very long service life. The products, also called Kelly drilling tools in Belgium, perform excellently in combination with modern high-torque machines. The tools are constructed with a Kelly box for the individual rigs and are manufactured according to customer specifications with cutting teeth or knives. As a result, they can be used for every conceivable type of soil and can be used in conjunction with bentonite or other drilling fluids."
In addition to the rotary drilling tools themselves, N.U.B. Engineering Ltd. founded in 1980, supplies various complementary accessories. Examples include augers, drilling buckets, cleaning buckets, core vessels and temporary/segmental housings. Nice extras that can also be admired live at the Kortrijk trade fair. "Regardless of the nature or size, we offer a suitable drilling solution for any foundation work," says Janssens. "This is how we have been known for more than 40 years. And this is how we want to assert ourselves for the future. At MATEXPO, we will once again express this ambition to our existing and new customers. I therefore cordially invite everyone to visit our booth." ■
