The Belgian family business A&C Noyens strives for perfection in the development, application, and finishing of the products it supplies. “If reliability is important to you, we are the right choice,” says Hans Noyens, one of the three brothers who are continuing their parents“ business. ”We have just developed a completely new product: a four-axle trailer."
At A&C Noyens, you get a unique custom product that is also produced entirely in-house. "We do the design, drawing and strength calculations all in-house," says Noyens. "Then comes the production process, where we do the chassis production, welding, laser cutting and also the bending all in-house."
“We take into account the customer's wishes, legal and regulatory requirements, and the application for which it will be used.” Noyens works with robust, high-quality materials because his trailers, loading platforms, semi-trailers, and truck bodies simply have to be able to withstand rough handling. “All products are hot-dip galvanized with an optional extra top coat in our customer's company color. We use hardwood floorboards for the floor.”

“We developed a four-axle trailer for a customer who ordered no fewer than seven of them,” says Noyens, continuing: “The four-axle trailer, with two axles at the front and two at the rear, is available in two weight classes. A lighter version, with a total weight of up to 32 tons, has smaller tires and a lower loading floor, around 80 cm, which is suitable for transporting taller machines that do not weigh as much. And a version with normal flatbed tires with a floor height of 90 cm that can handle a total weight of up to 44 tons. Ideal for transporting heavier equipment, such as excavators, rollers, and bulldozers. This can also be attached to a normal truck, with a tipper, for example.”
Both trailers are light in weight but extremely strong in terms of load capacity, according to Noyens. “They are so strong because we have used high tensile strength steel grades in the construction of the trailers,” he explains. Naturally, everything has been tested (TUV) and the trailer is equipped with TUV-approved anchoring points. Noyens notes that inspections are certainly being carried out in Belgium, but also increasingly in the Netherlands. “That's a good thing,” says Noyens, “because safety is extremely important.” With the delivery of these seven four-axle trailers, A&C Noyens not only provides a robust trailer, but also ensures that its customer's cargo can be transported safely and responsibly.
