Tanja Mars has years of experience in successfully managing tenders, projects and procurement. She sees it as her mission to enable real cooperation within the infra and GWW sector. By listening, guiding where necessary, appreciating and confronting. She does not shy away from impactful interventions. "Standing still is going backwards," Mars believes. "The trick is to slow down enough to then accelerate effectively. That is my strength."
