Vanderkamp launches Rental: temporary pump rental for smaller water projects 

Who says Vanderkamp, says water. Large projects, smart solutions, technical precision - that's what Vanderkamp has been known for for decades. Inspired by sister company Selwood in the United Kingdom, a new service has now been launched: Vanderkamp Rental. The solution for smaller water projects where speed counts, without compromising on quality. "We make pumps temporarily available for those who don't want any hassle but are looking for security," says Gino Stegeman, Hiredesk employee and the first point of contact for customers. "Think of construction sites with flooding, pumping out basins or a temporary bypass during maintenance work. This is precisely where Vanderkamp Rental offers a solution."

Compact, fast and fuss-free

Whereas Vanderkamp Solutions is all about complete engineering processes, Rental is for situations where standard setups suffice. "Smaller volumes, lower flow rates, that's where we deliver the right pump quickly and effectively," Stegeman explains. "Without extensive calculations, but with understanding."

The new fleet includes reliable diesel and electric pumps from Selwood, Grindex, Flygt and Hidrostal, among others. The brand new Selwood pumps adapted for the European market arrived this summer. "From D-pumps for clean water to robust S-pumps for dirty water with solids," he said.

Rental with expertise

Customers can pick up and install the pump themselves or choose to have it installed by Vanderkamp. In either case, expert advice is standard. "We always think with you about the right pump for the project. And if things do get more complicated? Then we can immediately scale up to customization."

The pumps are available from locations in Zwolle and Zierikzee. This means Vanderkamp Rental is always close by, even in emergency situations.

In the coming months, Vanderkamp Rental will actively put itself on the map with relationships in the water chain, from contractors to water boards. Stegeman: "We are there for everyone who needs a temporary pumping solution quickly, with the knowledge of water that people are used to from us."
