The dyke reinforcement Gorinchem-Waardenburg is a long-term project. Since the project is still in its early stages, it is not yet possible to state with one hundred percent certainty what services and products Wavin will provide during the running period. "In every phase of the dike reinforcement where plastic piping systems are needed, we will make our contribution," Van Straaten said. "Wavin distinguishes itself as an organization by its unique approach. We control the chain from a to z. It often starts already in the preparation at our project office and the consultation with our technical advisors. Think, for example, of the delivery of a gynoptic plan for a pressure pipeline, the calculation of a complete infiltration facility and the design, calculation and dimensioning of a sinker crossing. It doesn't end there, however. We can then proceed to the production and delivery of these wonderful materials. During application and installation, our technical advisors guide our customers to achieve the best results. And should imperfections still occur after installation, we deploy our service and warranty department."
