As a work planner Infra/Civil at Dura Vermeer Port & Industry, you will have the space to put your technical knowledge and organizational talent to maximum use. Whether you call yourself work planner, project planner or technical coordinator: in this role you are the pivot between preparation and execution in a dynamic project environment.

This will be your job

As a work planner Infra/Civil, you will make sure that everything is organized down to the last detail before execution starts. You draw up and accurately monitor schedules and work plans throughout the project. You invite tenders, coordinate the purchasing process and conclude contracts with subcontractors and suppliers. You also check and process technical drawings and specifications and ensure that materials and equipment are available at the right time.

You work intensively with colleagues from the project team and maintain good contact with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders. You identify deviations or risks on time and propose solutions. You also ensure the applicable HSE regulations and actively contribute to a safe project environment.

This is what you bring

• A completed technical education in the field of civil engineering, infra engineering or similar studies;
• You have knowledge of and experience with infra and/or civil projects, preferably within the industry;
• You are strong at planning, organizing, collaborating and don't panic when you do have to switch chess to ad hoc work;
• Your communication is clear and straightforward. You work in a structured and orderly manner;
• You are customer-oriented and can handle time pressure and deadlines well.
