Craftsman cables

You will provide construction of high voltage cables for our high voltage projects.

Are you a go-getter and do you enjoy working outside? Do you like working with cables and pipes and with large tools and machines? No experience? No problem! We have colleagues with lots of experience. We are happy to teach you!

What will you do?

There is a lot of variety in your work! You work a lot in the open air. Sometimes in urban areas and other times in the countryside. Our projects are throughout the Netherlands.

You will work in a team with other trade specialists, a foreman and foreman. In addition, 'colleagues' from other organizations are regularly present on our projects. Together you ensure a safe working environment and get the job done!

What else do you do?

  • Laying/pulling of high voltage cables.
  • Assist in hoisting cable reels.
  • Keep in touch with your colleagues over the walkie-talkie.

High-voltage cables are long and very heavy. This is why you use specialized equipment, such as cable pulling machines, winches and reel wagons. You may set this up and operate it.

What do you bring?

  • Knowledge and experience in engineering or earthwork (e.g., infra, civil, green or other field).
  • Driver's license B.

Do you have no experience but are you handy? Do you not yet have a driver's license but are willing to get one and are you very enthusiastic about this job? Then contact us.

What do we have to offer you?

  • A salary between €1,800.00 and €3,750.00 gross per month based on your experience.
  • A performance bonus - depending on your experience, commitment and flexibility.
  • Participation in the Collective Labor Agreement for the Metal Industry, a company bus and a smartphone. In short; everything you need to perform your job well.
  • Your working hours: you will work on weekdays between 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. (weekends are free).
  • Do you live more than an hour from your project? Then we will arrange your overnight stay near your project. You will then also receive an overnight allowance.
  • Compensation for overtime and travel hours in accordance with collective bargaining agreement.
  • The opportunity to develop further. You can attend training and education courses.
