Job Description:
As (Assistant) Superintendent at Fundex, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of foundation projects. You coordinate work on site, monitor the schedule and budget, and ensure a safe working environment. You communicate with clients, subcontractors and employees, and ensure that projects are delivered according to plan and quality. In short, a very dynamic job with a lot of freedom.

What will you do?

• Managing and supervising the construction team
  Planning and organization of projects
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations
• Monitor the progress and quality of work.
• Liaise with clients and suppliers
• Report on progress and any bottlenecks

What do we ask?

• MBO/HBO working and thinking level, preferably in construction or civil engineering
• Demonstrated experience as a contractor, preferably in foundation work or earthworks and road works
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards
• Proactive, flexible and solution-oriented
• In possession of driving license B, driving license C is a plus
