At bauma, the Dieseko Group presented three future-oriented electric firsts: the Woltman 90DRe, the PVE 700e and the 24VMe vibratory hammer. The first is a 105-ton drill rig, the second an electric-hydraulic Power Pack in container form and the third a vibratory block. With these novelties, Dieseko is shaping the development of sustainable foundation equipment as part of its "Founding the Future" vision.
Dieseko's "Founding the Future" vision and the resulting innovative solutions make the company a pioneer in a market where many developments are in the pipeline. Founding the Future is focused on five areas: noise reduction, low-vibration or vibration-free foundations, remote control, offshore foundations and 0% emissions.
Battery technology has now reached the point where Woltman's mighty machines can also be electrically powered. The conventional 90DR Drilling Rig has long been Woltman's best-selling drilling rig. The all-electric 90DRe offers more power, the same functionalities and, in addition to the drill head, can also drive a vibratory block, printing machine or pile driver. BAM Infra was closely involved in the development and becomes the owner of this first electric drilling rig.
The 90DRe measures about 5 x 11 meters including the hefty battery pack that doubles as a counterweight. The total battery capacity is more than a megawatt hour and the available power of the crane is about 600 kW. The highest workable profile length is 33 meters.
It is called an EHPU: Electric Hydraulic Power Pack Unit. The PVE 700e is an electric hydraulic power pack with a 430kW, 600L/320bar power unit. It is intended as a transportable local fully zero emission drive for a wide range of both new and existing hydraulic vibratory pads, drill heads, pile drivers and dredge pumps. The PVE 700e can use a (combined) mains or battery connection, with standardized Powerlocks and is remotely adjustable via CMS & DriveLink services.
Dieseko also provides solutions for noise reduction and foundations with no or very little vibration. The range of vibratory blocks and power packs is also constantly being improved with innovations such as remote services (remote operation and monitoring), sensoring and increasingly safe, efficient and not to mention cost-saving handling of profiles to be inserted by "upending" and "pile lifting.
For those who did not attend bauma, there is good news. In mid-January, Dieseko will be an exhibitor at InfraTech 2023 in Ahoy Rotterdam.
