Two dealers, one stand, one story: during the Infra Relatiedagen 2026 trade fair, SITECH and Geometius will be jointly demonstrating the power of the total Trimble solution for the second year in a row. The collaboration, which is now also taking shape outside the trade fair, revolves around pooling knowledge and strength as Trimble dealers. Jasper Schuur (director of Geometius) and Jan Tabak (account manager at SITECH) put it simply: “We use each other's expertise to help customers even better.”

Schuur explains how the activities of both companies logically complement each other: “Geometius customers collect accurate measurement data and use it to create designs, which SITECH customers then use as input for machine control during implementation. The results of this process then form input for the as-built measurements carried out by both Geometius and SITECH customers. This creates a continuous data flow throughout the entire chain.” Geometius focuses on measurement systems and software for civil engineering, where precision is essential. Whether measuring on land, underground, from the air, or on water, Geometius has a suitable measurement solution. SITECH focuses primarily on GPS and machine control systems and associated accessories, as well as software that ensures excavation, construction, and infrastructure projects run smoothly. They also supply Trimble surveying equipment. The connecting factor is the instruments, sensors, and software from Trimble, one of the global market leaders in the field of accurate measurement and positioning.

With their joint approach, Geometius and SITECH demonstrate how powerful the combination of data, technology, and knowledge can be. By presenting the entire Trimble workflow as a single entity, they help customers work faster and smarter. “Together, we want to tell one clear Trimble story,” says Tabak. “The Infra Relatiedagen is the ideal platform for this. In 2025, we were there for the first time as joint Trimble partners, and the response from customers was overwhelmingly positive. It showed us how strong Trimble is as a brand. Of course, both parties are still feeling their way, but the collaboration is growing.”

An important goal is to make the entire Trimble Connected workflow visible, or as SITECH calls it in plain English: The connected project. Schuur: “Within Trimble, new hardware and software has been designed for several years now with the Connected cloud as its starting point. Collaboration is essential for this: the platform is a single entity based on the principle that it connects the various instruments, sensors, and software packages with each other. These can be both Trimble products and non-Trimble products, and that is what makes the Trimble Connected workflow unique.”
At the Infra Relatiedagen, the emphasis is mainly on hardware such as GPS receivers, rovers, and measuring sets. Visitors can familiarize themselves with equipment that plays a role in all project phases. For example, the Trimble SX12 Scanning Total Station is indispensable in the preparation phase, especially now that projects are increasingly subject to time pressure. Think of weekend closures during which as much work as possible has to be carried out; accurate location information and solid preparation make all the difference. In addition, visitors can use an Earthwork simulator to experience how Trimble systems and software work together in practice.
