Further expansion of line of compact hydraulic foundation machines

Recently the IFD-20 -a powerful, flexible foundation machine with a maximum drilling torque of 200 kNm over the entire broker was delivered to Funderingstechniek Noord BV. 

"The IFD-20 succeeds the previously made IFD2.5. Next in line is the IFD-45 with a maximum drilling torque of 450 kNm across the entire leader. The great thing about all of these machines is that they are completely customized for the customer and therefore perfectly fit their needs and requirements. For example, the IFD-20 for Funderingstechniek Noord has demountable ballast, outriggers and drill box which brings down the transport weight and ensures that they can easily transport it to Germany without an exemption," said INPIEQ director Frank van Deursen.

Powerful machine for foundation work in confined spaces

The IFD-20 is designed for the manufacture of full displacement screw injection piles in places where space and height are limited. Despite its compact design, the machine is very powerful and equipped with a drilling motor with a high drilling torque that has a maximum of 200 kNm. With the Stage-V motor and modern electric-hydraulic controls, this machine is ready for the future. The divisible leader also makes the machine very suitable for indoor work. 

Custom

This machine was custom-made for Funderingstechniek Noord from Marum, who were looking for a compact flexible drilling rig for foundation work in Germany. "The IFD-20 from INPIEQ is completely tailored to our needs. Frank has the right knowledge and has translated this perfectly into this powerful machine. We can now transport it to Germany ourselves without first having to wait 12 weeks for the right permits," said Berthus Hijmersma co-owner Funderingstechniek Noord.

DLS Registration System

At the customer's request, this machine is also equipped with the INPIEQ DLS Registration System. Berthus: "The system records with high accuracy all the data of the pile made and sends it to the computer and my phone. This allows us to see exactly what we are doing and to control the machine in the right way. All these points make it a special machine that we are very happy with!"
