Lebotec builds machines for every type of application. For foundation repair, there are several screw injection pile machines or CD pile machines to choose from. "Ideal for indoor projects, for example when an Amsterdam canal house has subsided. Such a mini drill rig is small enough to drive through a tight passage, but still strong enough in terms of torque and power to reach to some 20 to 24 meters of drilling depth," explains co-owner Rick van Oostwaard. "The machines operate completely hydraulically on a diesel or electric generator, which runs at some distance. This keeps the workplace - however cramped - pleasantly tidy and free of exhaust fumes."

Multiple purposes

For the manufacture of casing piles, Lebotec supplies various compact models with a drilling motor with wedge clamp. By means of a truck-mounted crane, a following segment of the steel tube pile can be attached by the drilling motor each time. If necessary, it is possible to tilt the drilling motor by 90°. Models are available for the installation of concrete screw piles with a leader length of 13 to 30.5 meters and up to 50 Tm drilling capacity. There is also a concept where an excavator is used as a base and converted into a foundation machine. The machines are often multi-purpose after minimal conversion time: producing concrete screw piles, grout injection or soil displacement pile systems.
