Work and organize smarter with one App

Computers -and computer programs- were invented to make man's life easier. In practice, however, small and medium-sized companies in the infrastructure sector find themselves stranded when it comes to automation. The digitization required to contain the expanding flow of paperwork and to keep up with it feels like an impregnable fortress. The ever-expanding laws, regulations and quality requirements add to this. 

The reasons for stagnation are varied: people have little knowledge of automation; are just too busy; new laws and regulations and simply not readily available deployable software. René is co-owner and counselor at Building Changes, Walter is a software architect and Johan and Martijn have a medium-sized contracting company in the infrastructure sector. So all the ingredients for a good recipe for developing the most practical software for infra there ever was. We ask Johan what possibilities Infrabox offers. Walter: "The interface is made so that you can find your way around very easily. Anyone who can use Whatsapp or Facebook can use Infrabox. The App is developed and facilitated from Oracle's state-of-the-art technology and works from your browser on desktop as well as on smartphone and tablet. A huge added value is that Infrabox takes you plug and play through processes related to compliancy models such as the ISO9001, VCA, SEB, BRL, CO₂-performance ladder and the Quality Assurance Act, et cetera. The latter is going to become very important in the near future, with Infrabox you are ready for this."

René: "Infrabox works 'bottom up' and is developed from 'the street'. From order to delivery. All required receipts and statements are generated automatically. The function to organize toolbox meetings with digital signatures, for example, makes immediate sense; consider Infrabox in its functionality but as a kind of Facebook for the infrastructure sector. You add 'friends'/partners, possibly on a project basis and you communicate within the project with them as you are used to on social media. How nice is that?"
