Railcare focuses on the rental and development of rail-related machinery such as aerial work platforms, cranes, rotary telescopic handlers and, nowadays, hybrid EcoRailers. Because they facilitate rail-related work, Railcare is available 24/7. The machines transport people from high to low and from A to B. The machines are also used to transport goods and perform work, such as
de-rusting the track with the RailHog. Railcare works for ProRail-approved rail contractors, among others. The equipment can be leased unmanned or manned.
The "green" EcoRailer is an aerial work platform for performing work at height quickly and easily. It is a machine that can be used anywhere on the track and performs excellently in tunnels, among other places, thanks to the fact that the EcoRailer 100% can work electrically and thus produces no exhaust fumes. It is an environmentally friendly and noiseless machine. In tenders, this can be an additional plus for awarding a contract. It is cost-effective and easy to operate. The EcoRailer is suitable for regular Prorail track, as well as local streetcar track and also has permission for Infrabel track (Belgium), among others.
The new EcoRailer is a great addition to Railcare's rental fleet, which has already been deployed in many rail-related projects such as the Betuweroute, the HSL line, the North/South line, as well as the new construction of stations in Utrecht and Rotterdam, among others.
